Kevin Costner’s ex engaged to family friend nearly one year after finalizing divorce with ‘Yellowstone’ star

Christine Baumgartner, Kevin Costner’s ex-wife, is engaged to financier Joshua Connor, People reports. Their romance sparked in July 2023 after they were spotted vacationing in Hawaii. Nearly a year later, they confirmed their relationship while walking hand-in-hand in Santa Barbara, shortly after her divorce was finalized in February 2024.

Connor proposed during an intimate beach dinner in Santa Barbara. A source revealed, “It was about to rain, so almost no one else was on the beach when Josh got down on one knee.”

Baumgartner and Costner were married for 18 years and share three children. She filed for divorce in May 2023, citing irreconcilable differences. Initially requesting $248,000 in monthly child support, a judge ultimately ruled Costner would pay $63,209 per month.

Connor’s name surfaced during their legal battle when Costner’s team questioned a $20,000 loan he gave Baumgartner. She testified that $10,000 went to her mother, becoming emotional as she explained her concerns about her mother’s house.
