‘Blue Bloods’ Season 14: What to Expect When the Tom Selleck Drama Returns in 2024

In the upcoming season premiere of “Blue Bloods,” Jamie Reagan, played by Will Estes, dives into an undercover operation within a dangerous human trafficking ring. Alongside this intense storyline, Danny Reagan (Donnie Wahlberg) and Maria Baez (Marisa Ramirez) investigate a homicide linked to Danny’s former partner, Darryl Reid (guest star Malik Yoba). Meanwhile, Frank Reagan (Tom Selleck) grapples with a decision on whether to publicly support Mayor Chase (Dylan Walsh) regarding a controversial policy about the city’s homeless population. Additionally, Eddie Janko (Vanessa Ray) takes on the task of teaching a young shoplifter a lesson.

The premiere, titled “Loyalty,” also sees the return of Assistant District Attorney Erin Reagan, portrayed by Bridget Moynahan, who engages in a conversation with Danny outside a subway entrance. The episode is set to air on Friday, Feb. 16 at 10 p.m. ET on CBS, kicking off the 14th and final season of the series. This season will be split into two parts, with the first 10 episodes airing in the winter/spring of 2024 and the final eight episodes airing in the fall of 2024. Tom Selleck expressed gratitude for his time on the show, which has spanned over 275 episodes, acknowledging the importance of family and the support from CBS Studios, CBS Network, and the dedicated fans.
